Great stay. I got provided with sufficient amount of water. The breakfast is really nice with the pyramids view. Overall, it is worth the prices paid
Clean, rooftop with amazing pyramids view, good breakfast, the manager is pro and always trying to make our stay the best as it can. Really good value for the price :)
Mohammed and his brother were extremely kind and attentive. They truly care about their work and do it exceptionally well. Every day, they offered complimentary water and juice. They helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, and they were always friendly and made us feel very safe. The hotel is very close to the Pyramids, and sitting on the terrace was a real pleasure. We were two women traveling together and felt completely comfortable during our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you.
Great place to stay, family owned business, Abu and his family are extremely helpful, happy, and interactive. Great location, walking distance from the pyramids, delicious home made food options (especially if you like kofta!). Views of the pyramids and sphynx are spectacular from the roof. When I lost my phone, Abu went out of his way to help me buy a new one straight away.
Very convenient location with a great view from the rooftop.Mohamed made us feel very welcome and helped with information about the local area and recommendations for restaurants.
Fabulous family run hotel. Enviable terrace views of Pyramids. I had a Rental Car and there is good free parking 1 min walk away (do not pay anyone who asks, its free and I parked for two days). Breakfast (from 8am) on the terrace is good and leaving early they prepared a takeaway breakfast for 7am which was very kind. Water provided daily. 3mins walk to Sphinx entrance. Don't be put-off by the low prices, its not high-end luxury however it was extremely clean, hot-water, excellent aircon, refrigerator in room. The staff were all friendly and the owner incredibly attentive with helpful advice and ensuring we were happy. Absolutely recommended.
Mohammed was very kind and informative . He assisted with good advice about the scammers and his Family was very sweet and kind. The location was within walking distance of the pyramids and had a great view . Dinner was hearty and delicious.
Good location, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. I would recommend adding a shower for guests to use when they come to collect their backpacks, but overall, the place is excellent.
The beds were very comfortable, we slept a really well. We could even see one of the pyramids from our room which was a nice surprise. We were a bit nervous about staying here because there aren't many reviews on TripAdvisor. However we have learnt to trust booking.com. the hotel is extremely good value for money. The room smelt pleasant on arrival, unlike cheap European hotels. The owner and his brother were beyond helpful. We had read this in reviews but now we can vouch for it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
The staff/manager was very helpful with the logistics of travelling in town. The manager helped set up my phone so that I could work with "Uber". And every time we went out or returned from a day out, the management was always ready to give us much badly needed drinking water. We loved eating our meals on the rooftop looking out toward the pyramids !!! Awesome !!!
